For the longest time knowing exactly where and how your leaflets have been distributed was one of the biggest challenges in leaflet distribution. Our multi layered tracking system makes this a thing of the past. Our clients know exactly where, when and by whom their leaflets have been distributed and are provided with proof that gives them a piece of mind.
Every time our Private Postmen start and finish ‘a walk’ they have to text into our exclusive Mercury System, confirming the ‘walk code’, road name and house number he or she is starting/ or finishing at.
These messages not only go straight through to all of our operations – but they also go direct to yourself THE CLIENT – at exactly the same time

The messages pinpoint exactly where our Private Postmen, have started and finished their rounds that day.
This gives you the client two things
1. The ability to make any number on unannounced checks you may wish. As you have the maps and can see the walk codes the workers are working on.

Example: Starting a Walk
“Dave SE5 – Starting walk 106D – 52 Nelson Rd“
So here Dave is starting a walk in N8 Group 106 – walk code 106D at Number 52 Nelson Rd
Example: Finishing a Walk
Dave SE5 – Finishing walk 106D, 2 Weston Park
So here Dave is finishing the same walk in N8 Group 106 – walk code 106A.at Number 2 Weston Park .
By simply counting up all of your Starting emails you can see how your job is coming along – it’s normally around 1,000 leaflets per walk. Each group will have 5 walks on it.
The GPS Files are the Proof of posting we provide you with after your job is complete. These normally take around 7-10 days after your job is finished and Sasi our office manager will send them to you directly.
PROOF OF POSTING IN A COURT OF LAW
Please note that all our files are timed and dated and have been proven in a court of law as proof of posting: we can also supply the original KMZ files as well if required – you simply load up to Google Earth and view. We normally supply screen shots for ease of use as above.
