What is the character of SW7

The SW7 postcode covers the areas of South Kensington and Knightsbridge. It neighbours on Earls Court in the West, Chelsea in the South and Belgravia in the East. It is one of the most affluent areas in London.

It is also a surprisingly young postcode when it comes to demographics. Just under 70% of the local population is 44 and younger with 75% of the households in SW7 being one person households or couples without children.

This is not to overlook the sizeable minority of older affluent couples living in SW7 that can be very interested in services of companies focused on palliative care, health services, carers or even antiques and other luxury goods.

South Kensington has one of the highest proportions of people describing themselves as associate professionals, professionals, managers or directors and as such it has more than double the average income compared to London as a whole.

South Kensington

South Kensington is filled with important cultural institutions like the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Royal College of music or Imperial College.

Thanks to it’s architecture and layout of SW7 most households here are easily accessible and as such are a good target for leaflet distribution.

Leaflet Distribution SW7

Knightsbridge

Knightsbridge on the other hand offers some challenges mostly around the high street but outside of the immediate area around Brompton road most homes can be accessed and delivered to relatively easily.

In areas like SW7 our strict delivery standards provide the biggest benefit. We make sure to never deliver leaflets in the rain to avoid damaging the paper.

We also do not fold leaflets unless absolutely necessary. Our distributors take great care to deliver your leaflets in the best possible shape at times that will help with your leaflet response.

Most of our deliveries take place after 11am which helps us avoid the vast majority of deliveries made early in the morning. As such, your leaflets won’t be covered by a wide variety of mail and advertising materials on the doormat at the end of day.

We make sure that our distributors know the area they are delivering to and are not overloaded. As such we minimize the change of deliveries going wrong.

Leaflet Distribution SW7

For us a happy workforce means happy customers and to ensure this we go to great lengths to provide the best conditions for leaflet distributors in London with pay in some instances even doubling that of other companies.

Our distributors are also trained to negotiate access wherever possible and know how to communicate with residents in a professional manner.

You can rest assured that we have taken the greatest care to present your leaflets and brand in the most professional manner.

Our distributors are also well acquainted with some of the winding roads, side streets and mewses that can be found especially near Hyde Park and the Knightsbridge station. This way we make sure to not miss any households that we do not absolutely have to.

Earl’s Court and Chelsea

Earl’s Courts and Chelsea are not within the borders of SW7 but they are areas that we often recommend to include in distributions targeting this part of London. Not only do they neighbour on SW7, they also share the same demographics and types of distribution.

SW7 is one of the most historic and culturally important parts of London. The properties here are still surprisingly accessible considering it’s location and as such it absolutely perfect for leaflet distribution.
