What can we deliver?
- We only deliver leaflets of all sizes-and not newspapers or magazines.

Is there a minimum distribution order?
- Yes 5,000 leaflets

How long is your lead time?
- 5 days.

How long before distribution do you require my leaflets?
- If you are sharing the cost of distribution with other companies,we require your leaflets to be in our possession at least 5 days before distribution commences.

Are my leaflets delivered in a newspaper?
- No, we only deliver leaflets.

Will my leaflets be distributed at the same time with my competitors leaflets?
- NO, NEVER

How are my leaflets delivered?
- Leaflets are distributed either on there own Soul delivery or with one of our other clients, as a shared, non-competing drop.

Can you collect my leaflets?
- We offer a local collection service, for a nominal charge.

How long will distribution take?
- Each Group normally takes a week , to deliver , but we can deliver multiple groups at once,Normally 10 – 14 day turnaround . When you call to book we will talk through the timing for your particular job.

What if I believe the distribution has not been carried out properly?
- If you are concerned about a particular distribution the manager concerned will be happy to discuss that with you and to investigate any potential problem.If appropriate, back-checks will be undertaken. and evidence be taken on site if the probluem has been reported to us with in 3 days of distribution.

What are your payment terms?
- Payment should be made prior to the start of your leaflet distribution.

Can you let me know how many properties there are in my target areas?
- We can supply this information for you on the receipt of a confirmed order –see online quote .

What is souls delivery?
- Souls delivery simply means that your material is delivered with nothing else, nor is it placed in a free newspaper.
